Saied Omar

Saied Omar is an AVP, Senior Commercial Credit Underwriter with over 10 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. Throughout his career, Saied has developed a reputation for being a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with a proven track record of successfully evaluating and approving credit applications.

After completing his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of California – Irvine, Saied began his career as an analyst for a community bank. He quickly moved up the ranks, taking on various roles within the compliance and credit department and eventually becoming a commercial credit underwriter. Over the years, Saied has worked with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, across a variety of industries. 

Throughout his career, Saied has demonstrated a deep understanding of the underwriting process, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit decision-making. He is known for his ability to identify potential risks and make sound recommendations based on his analysis. In addition, Saied has developed strong relationships with his clients and colleagues, earning their trust and respect through his professionalism and expertise.

He regularly attends conferences and seminars to expand his knowledge and network with other professionals in the field. In his free time, Saied enjoys being the best husband and father he can be, coaching his sons basketball team, and being a co-host on The Higher Standard Podcast.
